General
Application (Ceriffi Check) means Ceriffi Ltd produced by the software, which can be used with Android OS devices and any subsequent versions, as well as other software or documentation, which enable the use of the application.
By installing the application, you agree to these terms and conditions (the conditions on the application). Check out the terms and conditions carefully before installing and / or approval. If you do not accept these terms app, do not install an app or continue to use it.

TERMS OF USE
You or on your behalf third parties acting you do not get to produce and distribute copies of the application, try to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, modeling, reverse engineer, decompile, transfer, convert or translate an application, or (iii) create any derivative software application.
Ceriffi Ltd reserves the right at any time and for any reason, to improve the application or remove it from its offering or to charge application, products or services that you are offered in accordance with these terms and conditions of the application.
You agree that the mobile network operator (mobile operator) contractual provisions are still in force when using the application. Ceriffi Ltd or their partners are not in any way responsible for the application unavailability or difficulties or the inability to download or access content or other communication systems of the errors that may result from the application unavailability or improper operation.
Requirements
You must be a device to use the application compatible mobile phone or hand held use, internet access and other minimum necessary (software requirements). Software requirements are as follows: Android OS devices that are running Android OS 4.4 or later. Application software version can be updated from time to time in order to increase support functions, new functions and services.
TERMINATION
Ceriffi Ltd may exit the application at any time to immediately end by giving you notice.
After the expiry of the Agreement, all rights and licenses granted to you it will end, and you must stop all use of the application.
DAMAGE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Nothing available in this application information, documents or other materials not covered by any sort of guarantee, not a direct or indirect, including, but not limited to: the completeness, accuracy, worthiness and integrity of the warranties.
In no event shall Ceriffi Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, have a demonstration or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or access to the application, including loss of business profits, or the like, regardless of the consciousness of the parties of them or whether based on sopimusrikkoon, law violation (according to including negligence), product liability or otherwise.
Ceriffi Ltd does not accept any liability for your plant resulted in the installation or use of the application for damages and changes, including the following devices, but not limited to, caused by computer equipment, hand-held devices or mobile phones.
Thus Ceriffi Ltd excludes all warranties related to the application as widely as possible, as permitted by applicable law. The application and the software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
TERMS OF VALIDITY
These terms and conditions come into force on 01.10.2014 and will be valid until further notice.
FORCE MAJEURE
The parties released from their obligations under the agreement for the period and to the extent that the non-fulfillment of contractual obligations due to force majeure. Service and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Finnish law, provisions relating to conflict of laws excluding. Any disputes concerning the use of the service aims to resolve amicably through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in Kainuu district court.
